At Little Ginghams, we’re excited to get your little one’s shoes to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Little Ginghams is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Little Ginghams cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
