Returns & Exchanges

At Little Ginghams, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused - Shoes must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. We recommend trying them on indoors only to ensure they remain eligible for return.

  • Original packaging - Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase - Please include your order number or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Special order items

  • Products marked Final Sale

  • Gift Cards

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date your return is received for the refund to be processed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to help.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original pair and place a new order for the item you’d like once your return has been approved.

Exchange items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping. At this time, Little Ginghams does not offer free returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@littleginghams.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the next steps once your request has been reviewed.
